Mr. Ivan Koo is Head (Financial Reporting) Financial Reporting Regulations Division of The Accounting & Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) Singapore. The Financial Reporting Regulations Division promotes high quality corporate financial reporting to build confidence in Singapore’s corporate financial reports. He is the project manager of the ACRA XBRL team which oversees the implementation and adoption of XBRL in Singapore. He is also a certified public accountant of Singapore.
